Clara Darrason is pleased to present “Orb Matèria—Carved Algos”, a solo exhibition by Tokyo-born, New York–based artist Yasue Maetake. Marking the artist's first body of work devoted entirely to pure form, the exhibition presents hand-carved spheres made from her proprietary mineral compounds, where form emerges through collaboration with the material's own qualities and resistances.
